Daryl Murphy is relishing his third spell in a Town shirt and has declared ‘I’m raring to go’.
The striker has linked up with Town for a third time, agreeing to a season-long loan at Portman Road form Celtic.
“It’s great to be back here and I can’t wait to get going,” Daryl told the Club website.
“I had a little injury at Celtic but that’s all cleared up and I’ve been training since the start of the week, so I’m feeling good.
“I’m looking forward to it and I’ll be raring to go should the gaffer select me for the weekend.”
Town boss Paul Jewell may include new signings Paul Taylor, Daryl Murphy and Guirane N’Daw in his matchday squad. Skipper Carlos Edwards remains a doubt for Blues with the groin injury that forced him off against Carlisle in the week, with Jack Ainsley on standby to deputise.
Huddersfield have doubts over Sean Scannell and Oscar Gobern, with the pair in a race against time to be fit for the Portman Road clash. Simon Grayson will also be unable to call upon former Town man Jordan Rhodes, after the striker made a record move to Blackburn.

Former Town striker Alan may be handed the chance to fill the void left by another former Blue, Jordan Rhodes, after the striker left Huddersfield in a Club record move to Blackburn this week. Alan, who made over 100 appearances for Town, agreed a new deal with the Terriers in the summer and will be hoping to be handed a chance to impress at Portman Road by manager Simon Grayson.
