Town supporters buying matchday tickets online now have the option of printing their own tickets, with our brand new 'Print at Home' initiative.
Fans can save time by printing their tickets at home before arriving at Portman Road to cheer on the Blues.
When buying tickets online, fans can now select 'Print at Home', where they will receive a confirmation email including a PDF file of each ticket they have purchased.
The printed ticket will contain a barcode which is exactly the same as what is printed on the paper tickets used in the ticket office and will ensure secure access into the stadium.
The 'Print at Home' scheme also means that web sales for each match can be left open much closer to kick off and customers will no longer have to wait for their tickets to arrive in the post or queue for collection.
John Ford, Town Ticket Office Manager, said: "This initiative will make life much easier for supporters as they wont now need to wait for tickets to arrive in the post or queue up on match days. The access system is totally secure which means that any barcode generated, whether that is on a match ticket, a season ticket or on the 'print at home' ticket, can only be used once, much like the technology that many supporters may have already come across when flying abroad."
