All the information you'll need if you're heading to Vicarage Road

Watford

Founded: 1881
Nickname: The Hornets
Manager: Gianfranco Zola
Ground name: Vicarage Road
Capacity: 17, 598
Colours: Yellow, black and red

Directions:
Take the A12 south and join the M25 in the direction of Stansted Airport. Leave at Junction 20 (sp: Hemel H, Aylesbury), then at the roundabout take the exit onto Watford Road (A41). Follow signs for Town Centre and North Watford. Soon after join the A412, (sp: Rickmansworth), and then turn left onto Cassio Road (A4178). Vicarage Road should now become visible.

By Rail:Watford High Street is the nearest station, about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the ground. Watford junction is about double that but you do go through the Town Centre on the way. You could get the Metropolitan Line as well, but it is slower than the train services.

Parking:There are various parking sites around the ground, including a nearby girls’ school, but if you want street parking then you will have to look further afield.
