The facilities at Playford Road rank among some of the best in the country.  The Training Centre is home to both the Academy and first-team squad and all young players benefit from sharing the facility with the senior professional squad.

All that is available to the first-team is also available to all Academy players from the U9s right through to the senior apprentices.  They include a 60 x 40 metre dome with a field turf playing surface. The groundbreaking design has created great interest among several Premiership clubs.

The main Centre incorporates 14 changing-rooms with showers, a fully equipped gym with a range of cardio-vascular equipment, physiotherapy and treatment rooms, classroom, recreation rooms, kitchens, dining areas, parents' lounge and a range of offices.

The Club's award winning groundsman, Alan Ferguson, and his team continue to prepare outdoor pitches that are second to none, with some reserve team and all Academy games taking place at the Training Centre.

Put simply the Centre is the envy of many clubs in the game and provides the facilities that any player - whether at the youngest Academy level or the most seasoned professional - would enjoy.
