From the A14(W) take the 1st exit to Ipswich and follow Norwich Road. Turn left at double mini roundabout into Valley Road. Follow Colchester Road to the 5th roundabout at Woodbridge Road - follow signs to Lowestoft (A12). Take left hand fork into Playford Road. The Training Centre is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.

From the A12(S) - At Copdock Mill interchange take the 3rd exit from the roundabout. After the Orwell Bridge, take the 2nd exit on the left. Follow the road signposted to Lowestoft (A12). At the 4th roundabout, take the 1st exit signed Ipswich/Kesgrave. After the 3rd set of lights, turn right into Bent Lane and at the T-junction, turn left into Playford Road. The Training Centre is approximately 100 yards on the right.
