Conference & Banqueting Co-ordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated person to join our well established Conference and Banqueting team. This full time position will focus on the sales and promotion of the Club's conference & banqueting facilities and include co-ordination of existing and new conferencing business event details.
As first point of contact for sales enquiries, you will play an important role in identifying client requirements and will co-ordinate the process from this point on to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced IT and database management skills and previous experience in a C & B or event management role.

TICKET OFFICE TELESALES ASSISTANT 3 MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION
We are looking for someone to join our Ticket Office Telesales team, who are responsible for the processing of all orders and sales of season tickets, memberships and casual match tickets, for 3 months.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have previous experience in a customer facing telesales role and be able to demonstrate excellent people and communication skills. Start as soon as possible.
This is a full time role reporting to the Ticket Office and Call Centre Manager. We require cover for 37.5 hrs per week including match days. Members of the telesales team cover the office working hours of 0830h to 1700h Monday-Friday, 0900h to 1200h Saturday and as required on Sundays and Bank Holidays and all match days. The rate of pay is £6.77 per hour plus holiday pay.
