SENIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN/TEAM LEADER

Job type: Permanent

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, negotiable

Ipswich Town FC are currently looking to recruit a Senior Technical Support person based at the football club, in Ipswich. The role involves supporting users at all levels, installing /configuring /troubleshooting various operating systems, maintaining essential equipment for match days, providing IT support for match days/evenings and supporting the server & network infrastructure. Good working knowledge of a Windows server and client environment are essential. A minimum of 2 years experience as a IT Support Technician is desirable, as are applicants holding MCSE, or MCP certifications. Must have an excellent telephone manner and a willingness to learn

CONFERENCE AND BANQUETING TELESALES EXECUTIVE

As a Conference and Banqueting telesales executive, you will be based in a office environment contacting potential customers by telephone. Working alongside our co-ordinators, your job is to encourage customers to ultimately place bookings and host their events at ITFC.

Your working hours will be predominantly spent making outgoing phone calls based on a script initially and you're likely to describe the benefits of hosting events at ITFC and advise of any special offers. You will be encouraged to participate in the marketing and sales meetings and will help to create the packages and special initiatives enabling you to give advice to the customer of the benefits of the package and booking at ITFC. You will also persuade customers to visit the venue to be shown around the facilities and will also be asked to gather and document information about the customer and enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.

Hours & Salary:  Part-time office hours from 9am-12pm or 2pm -5pm responsive to the time of year and to cover holiday and staff leave

Great opportunity for a chef de partie to excel in a role providing quality local foods for up to 400 people on match days.  Also assisting with daily buffets & conferencing.
40-hour week may include occasional split shifts as well as working every home match day.
We would expect you to have at least 4 years kitchen experience
