Alan Lee has emerged as an injury concern ahead of the trip to West Brom onSaturday.

The Republic of Ireland international reported a slight hamstring problem towards the end of Tuesday's training session and is unlikely to train again before Friday.

"Alan felt a little niggle in his hamstring at the end of training and we will have to keep an eye on him," Town boss Jim Magilton told the Club website.

"Our physio team will monitor his situation and he will have treatment today and Thursday with a view to training again at the end of the week.

"We will have a look at him on Friday and be guided by what the medical boys and Alan say."

Jim added that he is considering naming Dean Bowditch in his squad for the trip to the Hawthorns.

The 21-year-old striker bagged a hat-trick for the reserves in the 5-4 win over Southend on Monday as he works his way back to fitness after groin surgery in the summer.

"Having Dean in the squad for Saturday is something I am thinking about," said the Town boss, who joined his players and the rest of the coaching team to take part in the Club's corporate golf day at Stoke by Nayland golf club.
