David Norris took another step down the road to full recovery with a run out for Town in a 2-1 win over Tottenham in a friendly.

The midfielder played the first hour of the game at the training ground and came through without any problems.

The January signing from Plymouth had heel surgery towards the end of last season and his return was put on hold after suffering a new, unrelated heel problem during pre-season.

He made his return to action as a substitute in the Carling Cup win over Leyton Orient earlier this month.
