Deposit confirmation number and bet365 username - This is most important. Once you have completed your application form you need to deposit some money into your account (minimum £5) before we send out your free signed pennant. Click on 'Deposit' and fill in the form to upload some cash into your account. Then click on 'History' followed by 'Deposits' to retrieve your 'Bet Details' 11 digit confirmation number.
