IVAN BLOW FOR TOWN

Posted on: Mon 12 Jan 2009

Ivan Campo has been ruled out for at least three weeks after scans showed a tear in his calf muscle.

The former Spanish international was substituted in the second-half of Blues' 1-1 draw at Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend and was limping around the training ground on crutches today.

"Ivan has had a scan and there is a tear to his calf muscle," Town physio Matt Byard confirmed to the Club website.

"It's probably going to be about three weeks before we can get him out on the training ground and then he's got to get back to match fitness from there.
