Swansea have no worries over their pitch at the Liberty Stadium despite the bad weather.
The Welsh club have undersoil heating in place and there are no plans for a pitch inspection ahead of Saturday's 3pm kick-off.
Precautions are being taken around the ground and approaches to the stadium to combat the freezing conditions with Swansea confident the game will take place.
Town have travelled to Wales today to prepare for the match with the journey likely to take longer than the normal five hours because of the snow that has affected the central and western part of Britain.
"We are travelling a day early so as to avoid spending hours on the bus the day before the match," Town boss Jim Magilton told the Club website.
"We can get down there, rest up overnight and then train on Friday ahead of the match."
Supporters are advised to check the Club website before travelling to Swansea.
