Finn Harps have expressed their delight at taking on Town in a friendly at their Finn Park ground in July.

Blues boss Roy Keane will take his side to Donegal on Tuesday, July 7 with an 8.00pm kick-off, with Harps hopeful of a big crowd at their 5000 capacity stadium.

Harps' chairman Derek Wilkinson said: "I am absolutely thrilled we have secured this fixture.

"Ipswich are a high profile team and in Roy Keane they have one of the most high-profile young managers in the game across the water.We are delighted that Roy has agreed to bring his team to Donegal and I extend thanks to Roy and everyone at Ipswich Town for making this happen."
