Jaime Peters won his 18th cap for Canada as they eased through to the next stage of the Gold Cup in the US.
The Town winger lined up at kick-off against Costa Rica with his side going on to draw 2-2 in Miami.
Canada won their other two group games and now progress to the knockout stage of the competition.
