The Ramada Encore Hotel Ipswich has become the latest signing for Ipswich Town Community Trust by becoming the new sponsor for their Community Youth Football League (CYFL).

The Community Trust's CYFL offers a programme of football training and small-sided games for both boys and girls aged five to 11 years regardless of their ability. The league follows the FA's small sided games ethos which works to improve the skills of those involved by playing in smaller teams, teaching them the importance of team work whilst getting maximum time on the ball, giving them the opportunity to improve their techniques further.

General Manager of the Ramada Encore Hotel Ipswich Peter Osborne, is delighted at being involved with the programme. "We're really excited about the new link between Ramada Encore Ipswich and Ipswich Town Community Trust. The Community Youth Football League is a fantastic grassroots opportunity for children in the local community. It offers all children the chance to have fun, keep fit and healthy and be involved in a team and all of the great things that come from that. The Trust undertakes great work throughout the county of Suffolk and we are looking forward to becoming actively involved in supporting this."
