Jack Colback and Lee Martin have emerged as injury concerns ahead of Saturday's game against Preston.

Both players sustained groin problems in the Carling Cup defeat at Peterborough on Tuesday night.

"We will have a look at them in training today and take it from there," said Town boss Roy Keane.

"Jaime Peters did a bit of jogging yesterday but it will be a big gamble to put him in for Saturday.

"His recovery has been a few days ahead of schedule. That's the type of lad he is but he's very much doubtful for the weekend."

Jaime has been sidelined since damaging his ankle in the draw with Leicester.
