Roy Keane will take a look at the fitness levels of his international players before deciding on his side for Saturday's game against Swansea.
Gareth McAuley and Tamas Priskin were both in action in Europe on Wednesday in World Cup qualifiers but it's Carlos Edwards that presents the biggest question mark.
The 30-year-old midfielder played for Trinidad in their qualifiers against Costa Rica on Saturday and Mexico on Wednesday before flying back from Port of Spain.
"Carlos always plays in the games for Trinidad but it's the travelling as much as anything else that is the problem," Roy told the Club website.
"Supporters might think 'what's the problem, he will fly first class' but a 10 hour flight still takes its toll on the body.
"He won't train with us before the weekend and we will have to be careful with him. He's had a few injury niggles lately so we need to look after him. With two games in four days, it's possible that we will save him for Tuesday."
