Grant Leadbitter says there is only one thing that has tarnished his move to Town - the results on the pitch.
The 23-year-old midfielder has impressed many with his performances since joining Blues from Sunderland in August and off the pitch he has settled into life in Suffolk as well.
Speaking in Saturday's matchday programme, the former England U21 international says: "I'm enjoying playing for Ipswich and starting to feel at home in the area.
"It's a different way of life from the north east but I think it suits me but obviously I came down here to win football matches and we're not doing that at the moment.
"The performances, certainly lately, have been better than the results. We should have won maybe our last four or five games but we can't keep saying this or that, we've got to put our chances away, stop giving away goals and start picking up points.
"The fans have been brilliant. In other parts of the country if you didn't win in 14 games, it would be very different. The supporters can see that we are giving everything though but at the moment, for some reason, it's not happening for us.
"We are not getting the results but we have to start making that happen now. As players, we have to start winning games."
Saturday's matchday programme includes an extensive interview with Grant, plus Roy Keane's exclusive column, interviews with Jon Stead and David Wright plus Jon Walters on dodgy home cooking.
