Asmir Begovic says he would welcome extending his loan spell at Town if all parties agreed come January.

The Bosnia international has impressed since joining from Portsmouth on loan until the turn of the year and looks set to continue in goal for Blues at Reading on Saturday.

"We will look at it in January but I'm certainly enjoying my football and playing for Ipswich Town," the 22-year-old goalkeeper told the Club website.

"I want to play games and I'm getting that opportunity here so if that continues, I'd love to stay. There is no reason for me to go.

"I'm enjoying it here. The Club is in a false position in the table and I want to help the team move up the table."
