BOSS TAKES POSITIVES

Posted on: Wed 24 Feb 2010
Roy Keane took plenty of positives after watching his side come from behind to earn a draw at Scunthorpe.

David Healy's first goal for the Club since joining on loan from Sunderland in January cancelled out Cliff Byrne's opener as Blues recorded a 16th draw of the season.

"There are a lot of positives to take out of the game," said the Town boss.

"When we went a goal down it was always going to be tough to get back in the game but the players deserve a lot of credit for doing that.

"It was a real poacher's goal from David and he is capable of that. All good goalscorers score a majority of their goals around the six yard box.

"He has been disappointed not to have started more games but he has looked sharp in training and I felt that one of our subs would make an impact and David did.

"We may have a got a bit of luck with the way the ball rolled for us leading up to the goal but we'll take it and seven points from the four successive away games is a decent return."
