Roy Keane has said that adding an assistant manager to his backroom staff is not a priority at the moment.
The Town boss told the Club website at the end of last season that he would like to add 'someone with experience of managing at the top level' to his staff over the summer.
But Roy is focusing on the playing side rather than his coaching team at the moment, saying: "It's not been a priority for me this summer.
"I've put it on the back burner for now. I spoke to one person who I felt I could have worked with and we had some good conversations but he has ended up getting a job himself.
"I've been too busy with other things at the moment. I want to focus on trying to bring in one or two new faces to the squad and also concentrating on the players here already and getting things right for the new season."
Roy has added former Gary Ablett to his coaching staff, with the former Liverpool and Everton defender agreeing a one year contract.
