ROY LOOKS TO LOAN MARKET

Posted on: Thu 26 Aug 2010
Roy Keane says he is looking to move into the loan market to add to his squad over the next few weeks.

The Town boss has ruled out any more permanent signings before the transfer window closes on August 31but told the Club website: "I'm still keen on bringing in a new face or two.

"Damien [Delaney], Connor [Wickham] and Sparky [Mark Kennedy] will be a lot closer to being available for us when we get back from the international break and that will take the numbers back up again.

"We won't be too far away then but I still think we need one or two more in the squad and we will be looking at the loan market to do that.

"There won't be any more permanent signings. I expect it to be very quiet here leading up to the transfer window."
