Injury worry for newboys
Newboys Kevin Horlock and Jason De Vos both picked up injuries in the 2-1 win over Osasuna and Joe Royle admits they are concerns ahead of Saturday's game with Gillingham.
Kevin was substituted midway through the first-half after taking a knock and Jason left the pitch in the closing stages.
"Kevin has stud marks on the side of his knee and it's sore while Jason also took a blow on the knee," said Joe after the victory over the Spaniards.
"They are a concern at this stage with our first League game only five days away."
Town were missing influential skipper Jim Magilton and Joe said that contributed to a display he described as the worst of the three home friendlies,
"Our passing was poor and we missed Jim and Kevin Horlock when he went off," he said.
"We played with the right spirit though and it was another win so we can't complain."
