Town Chairman David Sheepshanks has confirmed that Joe Royle will be able to bring in loan players through the season and possibly a permanent signing.

Speaking in his column in Saturday's Matchday Programme, the Chairman says: "We do have a small squad at the moment but we intend to add to that as the season progresses.
"We will look to do that with additonal loan players, possibly on a season long loan basis and if we can afford it, a further permanent arrival."
