Bring it on says Roberts
Gillingham's Iwan Roberts says he won't be bothered by the 'warm' reception he is sure to receive from the Town fans on Saturday given his Norwich connections.
The Welsh international spent seven years at Carrow Road before moving to Priestfield in the summer and knows what to expect from the Blue Army.
"I was at Portman Road on Monday when Ipswich played Osasuna and got booed then and there was only 4000 in the ground so it will be fun on Saturday," the Gills' striker tells the Club website.
"The banter is all part of the game and I'd be disappointed if I didn't get some stick!
"I have a good record at Ipswich, though and never lost there in my years at Norwich so it will be nice to extend that record on Saturday with Gillingham."
