Ian Westlake is looking forward to meeting up with the England U21s again after being picked for the European Championship qualifiers next month.

Darren Bent is also included in the squad who will take on Austria in Krems on September 3 and then Poland a week later.

"I really enjoyed my time with the U21s against Ukraine and I'm delighted to get another call-up," says Ian.

"Peter Taylor is an excellent coach, really positive on the training ground and I'm looking forward to the games."

Ian was an unused substitute against Ukraine while Darren scored his third goal in six games for the U21s in the 3-1 win at the Riverside.

Matt Richards, who is nursing a foot injury and currently sidelined, is not in the squad.
