Shefki Kuqi has been named in the Finland squad for a friendly against Italy later this month.

The striker, who celebrates his 28^th birthday on Wednesday, will join up with the Finnish squad next Monday for the game that takes place two 48 hours later in Messina.

Shefki scored twice for Finland in their World Cup qualifying win against Armenia last month after returning to the squad following an injury to Mikael Forssell.
