Chairman in FIFA meeting
Chairman David Sheepshanks has flown to Zurich to attend the first meeting of the newly formed FIFA Club Task Force with Town one of the UEFA representatives.
The Task Force has been set up to gather the views of clubs from all the confederations with South America, Asia, Oceania, CONCACAF, Africa and Europe all involved.
Town were selected as one of the UEFA representatives alongside Barcelona and Bayern Munich, with Barca led by president Joan Laporta while Franz Beckenbauer, who helped Germany to World Cup glory as player and manager in 1974 and 1990, represents Bayern.

The Task Force is not an official committee but an informal gathering that will work closely with football's governing body.
"I see this as a great honour for the Club, to be recognised in this way," says the Town chairman.
"While I have previously served on a UEFA committee, I have never had any involvement with FIFA.
"There are so many fundamental issues that are controlled by FIFA and yet affect the daily lives of clubs in this country.
"I hope I can add value to the international debate as well as to serve the best interests of all Club football in England and not just those of our biggest clubs who already have representation on other committees."
Other FIFA Club Task Force members are: River Plate (Argentina), Palmeiras de Sao Paulo (Brazil), New England Revolution (US), Perth Glory Club (Australia), Etoile Sportive du Sahel (Tunisia), ASEC Mimosas (Ivory Coast), Mohan Bagan Club (India) and Jubilo Iwata (Japan)
