Town have signed Arsenal defender Daniel Karbassiyoon on loan for a month and he will go straight into the squad for tonight's game against Wigan.
The 20-year-old American played for the Gunners in their Carling Cup campaign this season, appearing against Everton and Manchester United as well as scoring in their victory over Manchester City.
His parents are from Italy and Iran but Daniel hails from Virginia in the States and has represented the USA at U17 and U19 level.
Breaking the news to the Club website, Town boss Joe Royle says: "Daniel was off home to spend Christmas in Virginia but he has given that up to spend it with us at Millwall!

"He can play left-back or left side of midfield and providing the paperwork is completed in time - and I'm sure that will happen - he will be added to the squad for tonight's game.
"With Drissa out until January, we are short of numbers in the full-back positions but Daniel will give us options now."

In action for Arsenal
Daniel arrived at Highbury last season as a striker but has been converted to a left-sided defender and midfielder in his time in the Gunners' reserves.
