Drissa to face Leicester?

Posted on: Thu 10 Feb 2005

Drissa Diallo has returned to full training and could make his comeback from a hamstring injury in the reserves next week.

The Guinea international has been sidelined since the middle of December after pulling up in training with what turned out to be a hamstring problem behind the knee.

His progress was halted two weeks ago when he had a reaction as he stepped up his recovery but he's now close to a return to match action.

"Drissa is progressing well now and is back training with the first-team," Town boss Joe Royle told the Club website.

"There is a chance that he could play for the reserves against Leicester on Monday."
