Ipswich Town Football Club have today unveiled details of season tickets for the 2005/2006 campaign.

For the first time in four years the Club has increased the cost of season tickets at Portman Road with an average rise of 5% for supporters renewing for the 2005/06 campaign

The best season ticket prices will be guaranteed until 15^th April for renewals and new purchases and by using the Club's three cheque, 0% payment method, supporters will benefit from securing their seat immediately with payments taken on 25^th April, 30^th June and 30^th August.

Season Ticket 'Early Bird' lowest prices are from £345 for adults, £245 for senior citizens, £100 for Under 16s and £57.50 for Under 11's.To reward loyalty, those fans who do renew or purchase before the 15^th April, will secure that price whichever division Town play in next season.After that date, prices will be increased across the board.

Commenting on the announcement of next season's ticket prices Town Chairman David Sheepshanks said: "Whichever division we play in, the Board are determined to maintain an inclusive pricing policy in an effort to make Portman Road accessible and affordable to as many supporters as possible. To that end, we have frozen the special rate for children under eleven and extended the area in which this price is available.

"We offer great family value as an adult and two young children can still watch Championship football as season ticket holders for £20 per game.

"I hope supporters will accept the overall package as a fair one and encourage them to take advantage of the substantial savings for purchasing before 15^th April therefore securing their seat to watch Joe Royle's entertainers next season."

Renewal and application forms are being posted to existing season ticket holders, members and to those supporters who purchased match tickets from three or more different matches this season.

To become a new season ticket holder, please pick up a brochure and application form from the Ticket Office and Planet Blue stores - available from Thursday, 17^th April.
