It has been confirmed that Jason De Vos will miss the Wigan game after picking up his fifth booking of the season in the defeat by QPR.

The 31-year-old defender was cautioned after a challenge on Paul Furlong in the first-half of Saturday's 2-0 defeat and will serve a one match suspension at the weekend.

It means Jason misses out on a first return to the JJB Stadium since leaving the Latics to join Blues in the summer of 2004.

Also out of the Wigan game is James Scowcroft, who is serving a one match ban.

The 29-year-old striker took his tally for the season to six yellow cards with a booking against QPR, three of them while on loan at Town from Leicester.
