Legends triumph
A crowd of over 6000 watched the Town Legends beat the Soccer AM Badgers 4-3 at Portman Road with Chris Kiwomya scoring twice for Blues.
The former Town and Arsenal striker grabbed Blues' first two goals with John Wark adding a third and Bontcho Guentchev scoring the winner with a delicate lob.
The Badgers' goals came from Matt Copcat, former Northern Ireland winger Keith O'Neill and Warren Barton of Wimbledon and Newcastle fame.
Soccer AM presenter Tim Lovejoy was also in their line-up with Town's side including George Burley, Micky Stockwell, Jason Dozzell, Trevor Putney and man of the match, Neil Thompson.
The crowd enjoyed plenty of fun activities on the practise pitch before the 3.00pm kick-off with Simon Milton, who was heavily involved in the arrangements, saying: "It was a great day and I think everyone had a fantastic time.
"There were a few tired legs in the dressing-room after but the lads enjoyed it and I'd like to thank the fans for supporting the event as well."
Many of the players will be attending the annual ex-players' dinner in the Galleria tonight.
