Ticket details for the Play-Off Semi-Final second-leg against West Ham on Wednesday.

West Ham FC have requested 15% of the stadium. This means that season ticket holders in Cobbold blocks A & B and Greene King lower tier area 6 will have to purchase alternative seating.

This match will be sold in the same manner as a cup match. Season ticket holder's seats will be reserved until 8.00am on Monday 16th May, after which the stadium will go to General Sale. The ticket sales and priority for the match are as follows:

Season ticket holders who have elected to prepay for their cup tickets in the 2004/05 season will receive their tickets automatically, subject to a payment being taken from their registered credit/debit card (Prepay customers in Cobbold blocks A & B, and Greene King lower tier area 6 will need to purchase alternative seating either by telephone or in person). These will be posted from Monday.

For telephone sales call 0870 111 0 555. During the first week of sales we will be using an additional call centre to handle home match sales. A booking fee of £1.50 will be added per ticket. The lines will be open from 9.00am to 8.00pm

Personal callers. During the first week of sales this will be from the Main Ticket Office on Constantine Road. The office will be open from 9.00am to 8.00pm

Websales will be open for supporters who have previously registered and have a password. The system will only be available from 8.00pm to 9.00am.
