Born: 25th May, 1980 in La Coruna
Was at Deportivo La Coruna for two years until aged 19, he moved to Spanish Second Division Club Lugo. Spent four years there before joining Racing Ferrol. Arrived at Portman Road three years later, initially on trial and played in two pre-season friendlies before being offered and signing a one year contract. Can play at full-back on either side of the defence. Made his debut v QPR in August and then signed a three year contract three months later.
