Dean Bowditch grabbed a hat-trick as the reserves maintained the 100 per cent record in the league this season.

The striker, back from a loan spell at Brighton because of a groin injury, opened the scoring on 15 minutes with Jordan Rhodes extending the advantage soon after.

Bowditch struck twice more in the first-half to complete his treble before making way for schoolboy Billy Clark after the break.
