STEVENAGE 1 TOWN 2

Posted on: Thu 25 Mar 2010

Goals from Reggie Lambe and Ed Upson gave Town the win at Stevenage.

Lambe, who scored a hat-trick in the 6-2 win over Borough earlier in the season, put Blues ahead just before the hour after good work by Ronan Murray.

Stevenage equalised soon after through Lee Boylan but Upson, who had a loan spell with the home side last season, won the game with a shot from distance 15 minutes from time.

Pim Balkestein played the 90 minutes for Town with Brentford hoping to take the Dutchman on loan for the rest of the season before tomorrow's deadline.
