Town came from behind to beat Colchester at the training ground with Pablo Counago, Owen Garvan and Lee Martin on target.

The U's led at half-time through Steven Gillespie despite Blues dominating the first 45 minutes, Counago setting up Reggie Lambe who fired against the woodwork with Tom Eastman also hitting the post from a corner.

Counago levelled the scores for Town early in the second-half after Jack Ainsley had crossed, the Spanish striker then turning provider for Garvan who fired home from the edge of the box 10 minutes from time.

Town sealed the win when Counago played a short free-kick to Martin who smashed it into the roof of the net.
