CONFERENCE & BANQUETING 'JOIN A PARTY' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Our tables seat 8- 10 people therefore; bookings are taken for parties of a minimum of 8 guests.
• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days at which time a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of £15.00 per person along with a signed contract is required to confirm the booking.
• Your final numbers and the balance for your event is required 3 weeks in advance of your party. After this time we regret that no changes can be made. Non-payment of any balances by the date due will render our contract with you void. Pre-ordered wine is also payable in full 3 weeks prior to your event.
• In the case of customer cancellation, deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Payments are able to be taken in the form of cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Cheques are to be made payable to ITFC.
• In circumstances where a menu choice is available choices must be sent to us no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. After this time we will not be able to guarantee your first choice of starter, main and dessert will be available.
• We are able to cater for special dietary requirements providing we are given notice at the menu selection stage.
• Bookings made within a 21 day period prior to the event will require full payment and menu choices immediately.
• All personal belongings brought onto or left on Club premises are entirely at the owners risk.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our suites, however smoking areas are provided and can be found within close proximity to each party location.
• The Club will take every care to honour commitments but reserves the right to cancel any function at any time giving such notice as is practical. The Club also reserves the right to make changes to the content of the packages without notice.
• We are a fully licensed venue and offer comprehensive bar and wine service. In this respect under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks/catering on to the premises and any person found doing so, risks being ejected.
• It is Club policy that any person(s) found causing malicious damage to ITFC property, found removing ITFC property or causing harm to other persons will be escorted from the premises and charged for any damages. Security personnel will be in attendance at each event and should they feel guests are acting inappropriately the Club reserves the right to refuse admittance without refund of any payments.
