Important please read carefully. If these conditions are not accepted fully then the Season Ticket Card should be returned intact immediately.

The season ticket card is a smart card, which contains an embedded computer chip. The chip is encoded with data that identifies the customer and seat details as contained in the Club's ticketing database. The card remains the property of Ipswich Town Football Club.

This season ticket card is issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The FA Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Ipswich Town F.C. Ltd. Ground Regulations. Use of the card is also subject to the ITFC Teamcard terms and conditions.

All matches are played in accordance with the relevant rules of the appropriate football governing body. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place at a particular time or day and the Club reserves the right to alter its advertised fixtures without notice or liability.

The Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this Season Ticket Card, without reimbursement, in the event that the holder's behaviour is found to be in breach of the ground regulations of ITFC.

Season tickets are not normally refundable and refunds given are at the discretion of the Club. Supporters requesting a refund must do so in writing stating the reason for the request and enclosing all relevant supporting facts.

This Season Ticket Card admits the holder to matches at Portman Road covering all first and reserve team league matches. The holder must hand this card to the turnstile operator for entry into the stadium and to any ITFC official on request whilst in the stadium.

The Club permits the holder of this Season Ticket Card to allow another supporter to use this card and it's associated seat if they are unable to attend a match. The other supporter using this card must be of the same price band category as the holder of the card. Upgrades of tickets can be obtained at the Club Planet Blue stores or through the Ticket Office on 0870 111 0 555. In the event that the other supporter using this card is found to be in breach of the Ground Regulations at ITFC the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Ticket Card without reimbursement.

Those season ticket holders who have elected to prepay for all home cup matches in the League Cup, FA Cup and any other match the Club deems to use the prepayment system (e.g. home playoff match) will, when buying their own seat at their normal price band, have their Season Ticket card electronically enabled to allow them access through the turnstiles for each cup match. This is subject to the Club receiving full payment from the account supplied by the season ticket holder. We ask supporters to keep us informed of any changes to your payment details including expiry dates. Failure to do this could result in you not being able to access the stadium and take your seat for the match. Refunds are not permitted for these prepaid tickets.

Under Football League and F.A. Regulations the Club may have to provide 15% of the stadium to away supporters for cup and playoff matches. This is most likely to affect season ticket holders in the Cobbold Stand blocks A, B, C and E. The Club reserves the right to change the areas used for this allocation. We will advise supporters as soon as arrangements are agreed with the away club. This will also result in prepay customers not having their Season Ticket Card enabled for use, and a requirement to purchase a ticket in another area of the stadium in the same manner as non-prepay season ticket holders.

In the event of construction, development or maintenance work being carried out in any part of the stadium, the Club reserves the right to move season ticket holders in the affected area to another area. Wherever possible the Club will use best endeavours to relocate to an equivalent area.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting any part of the stadium, the Club reserves the right to move season ticket holders in the affected area to another area.

Spectators who persistently stand in a seated area will be liable to be ejected from the ground and receive a Stadium ban from future games. Stadium bans also apply to away matches. No refunds will be given as a result of this.

Any spectator ejected from the ground, or arrested for a football related offence, will also be liable to receive a Stadium ban from future games. No refunds will be given as a result of this.

Replacement for a lost or stolen Season Ticket Card will be subject to an administration charge of £10.00. There will also be a £10 administration charge for moving your season ticket seat during the league season.

If during the season a Season Ticket Card becomes defective the Club will replace the card, except in the case where the Club considers the card has been subject to wilful damage and then a £10 charge will be made for replacement.

Should a Season Ticket holder who is attending a match forget or mislay their Season Ticket Card, to gain entry to the stadium they must contact the Main Ticket Office. A paper ticket will be issued for the match and the holder's card will be switched off for that match. There will be a non-refundable £5 administration charge for this service. Refunds will not be allowed against tickets purchased in any other manner, including purchases from cash turnstiles.

Fraudulent use of Season Ticket Cards will result in offenders being subject to a stadium ban. No refunds will be given as a result of this.

All areas in the stadium are classified as no smoking areas. The Club will strictly enforce the No Smoking policy within the stadium.

No person may bring into the Stadium or use within the Stadium any equipment, which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or the stadium.

Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium provided that they are used for personal and private use only.
