The Club will continue to operate a ticket priority system to ensure that tickets are allocated to supporters as fairly as possible. Priority does not guarantee a ticket. Please note that membership of the Junior Blues Under 16 club does not carry with it any ticketing privileges. However if the Under 16 member is also a season ticket holder then Gold Club members may purchase tickets on their behalf. Similarly, Silver Club members can purchase on behalf of an Under 16 Club member.

When demand for tickets is expected to exceed supply, at the General Sale stage of priority, the Club will sell only to Ipswich Town supporters.To qualify to purchase tickets at this stage supporters must be on the Club's ticketing database.

Home League matches

Although there are currently no plans to operate the Ballot scheme for home match tickets this season we reserve the right to use this method of allocation. For any match where we expect demand to exceed supply we will revert to one ticket per customer.

1. Season ticket holders have their own seat booked for every home league match.

2. Debenture holders (May purchase up to 4 additional tickets)

3. Silver Club and Junior Blues Silver members (1 per member).

4. Gold Club members (May purchase up to 4 additional tickets).

5. Season Ticket Holders. (May purchase up to 4 additional tickets).

FA Cup and Carling Cup matches played at Portman Road

1. Season ticket holders, who have elected to prepay for all cup matches, will have their Season Ticket card electronically enabled, subject to the Club receiving full payment.

2. Season ticket holders, not on the automated cup scheme, to purchase their own seat.

3. Debenture holders.

4. Silver Club and Junior Blues Silver members.

5. General sale and including additional tickets for Gold Club and Season Ticket Holders

Note: For most cup matches Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase an additional seat when purchasing their own reserved seat (or equivalent if not available).We reserve the right to change this if demand is likely to exceed supply.

Away Matches

When the Club receives a limited supply of away tickets it reserves the right to allocate to those supporters who have attended a certain number of away matches in the season. The number of qualifying matches, dependent on how far into the season the date of the match is, will be announced should we need to bring in this additional method.

NB For the Club to be able to register your away matches, they must be purchased through Ipswich Town FC and be registered under the individual customer numbers. Tickets purchased from the away club will not be included.

For away matches where we have sufficient tickets to meet general demand the following priority order will be used:

1. Away Match Passport Holders

2. Debenture holders

3. Gold Club and Junior Blues Gold members.

4. Season Ticket Holders.

5. Silver Club & Junior Blues Silver members.

6. General Sale.
