If you had your photo taken with Pudsey at Saturday's Family Football Festival on Alderman Park and didn't get a chance to collect your photo at the end of the game, then visit www.lifestyleimagery.co.uk.

You'll need to click on the Galleries link and search for Pudsey Gallery.  Enter the password CN2012ITFC and search the gallery for your photo.  Click on the image and proceed to the order.  When asked for the coupon number enter PUDSEY2.  Enter card details to pay for postage.  The photo will be sent by Lifestyle Imagery within 7 days.
