Ipswich Town are looking to recruit turnstile operators to join their matchday team. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, have previous customer service experience and be calm under pressure. Cash handling experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work are normally 1pm-3.15pm for Saturday matches and 6pm-8pm for evening matches. On occasions, you will be required to work until 3.45pm on Saturdays and 8.30pm for evening matches but this is undertaken on a rota basis.

We need people to assist and direct spectators and to implement ground regulations at all our home games and other major events held at the stadium. You should be fit and active, calm under pressure, and have good communication skills. 

Training to NVQ level Two is provided in Spectator Safety.

Ipswich Town FC is looking for bar and waiting staff to join the Matchday Hospitality team for the 2021/2022 season.

We are looking for friendly faces, with a can-do attitude and the skills to provide excellent all-round customer service; making every matchday a unique and memorable experience for our clients.

Ipswich Town Football Club is looking to recruit lively and enthusiastic staff to work on match days to sell the popular half time lottery, Grab A Grand.

You will verbally promote and sell the Grab A Grand draw tickets pre-match, dealing with customers and handling cash. You will form part of a great team and there are many benefits.

Ipswich Town FC is looking to add to its Planet Blue store retail staff team.

Previous experience is preferred, but not essential. We are looking for friendly people, who are welcoming and approachable with a professional nature. Excellent customer service is something we pride ourselves on.


You will need to work under pressure and be happy talking to customers. Roles will include, but are not limited to, cash handling, working on our ePOS tills, offering customer service and advice and maintaining a tidy shop floor. The hours available are variable and will include home matchdays (weekends and evenings).

Full training will be provided, as will elements of your uniform. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and have completed their secondary education exams.
