U23 | COLCHESTER V TOWN

5 February 2018

Barry Cotter to make his first appearance in a Town shirt as the Blues take on Colchester

Town's U23s take on Colchester United at the U's Florence Park training ground this afternoon (kick-off 1pm).

Barry Cotter could make his first appearance in a Town shirt since making his deadline day switch from Limerick, while fellow January signing Chris Goteni is also likely to play as a young squad make the trip to Essex.

Tristan Nydam has been included in the squad as he continues his recovery from injury, as will Aaron Drinan and Ben Morris with the latter scoring four goals in his last four matches.

Gerard Nash's side currently sit second in the Professional Development League, two points off the league leaders Crystal Palace, although the young Blues do have a game in hand over the Eagles.
