TIREDNESS SHOWED SAYS BOSS

All about the fitness levels admits Paul after Den Bosch draw

Paul Jewell says tiredness caught up with some of his players after Town again came from behind to draw with Den Bosch.

"It's been a good week though. It's been another chance to learn about the players and get them ready for the first week of the season."

"We didn't lose and came from behind again but it's not about results at this stage, it's about getting players match fit.

"There was no real tempo to the match. We have worked the players hard since they have been out here and it showed. They looked a bit flat.

"It was a pretty boring game to be honest," admitted the Town boss.

Blues repeated the scoreline of Tuesday's pre-season opener against Helmond Sport, with Aaron Cresswell's free-kick cancelling out Randy Wolters' opener.
