1000 bowlers look for a strike in aid of Age UK Suffolk

Age UK Suffolk, one of the three nominated Town local charities for this season, have teamed up with Kingpin in Martlesham to host a ‘Bowl-a-Thon’, on Friday 9th November.

The event’s focus to provide 16 hours of non-stop bowling from 7am to 11pm for friends, family and colleagues to enjoy.

Costing just £5 per person (concession rate of £3 for U12s) for a one hour game, teams can be made up of 4-6 players.  Alternatively take on the challenge of a marathon bowling session, raising as much money as you can through sponsorship for the charity.

To book your place call Kingpin Martlesham on 01473 611111 or for more information please call Ursula Austin on 01473 353069.

As mentioned, Age UK Suffolk is one the Club’s three nominated charities for the 2012-13 season. Age UK Suffolk works to enable older people living in Suffolk to manage challenges that sometimes come with ageing, to retain choice and control over their lives, helping then to enjoy life rather than endure it.
