Town agree three year sponsorship deal for the U21s

Bury St Edmunds based Servest have agreed a three year deal with the Club to sponsor Town’s U21 development side.

The national facilities management company, who employ 14,500 people and work across many fields, will have their name on the team shirts as well as enjoying hospitality, advertising and branding opportunities at Portman Road.

“I’m delighted that we have got a company – a local company at that – of fantastic standing involved with Ipswich Town,” Blues Academy Sponsorship Manager, Simon Milton, told the Club website.

“They are a big employer in the area and it’s terrific news that we are going to be working with them over the next three years. I’m sure it will be the start of a very good relationship.”

Servest Group Chief Executive, Robert Legge, was equally pleased with the new agreement and said: “We have always been interested in looking at the Ipswich Town Academy and part of our social responsibility is the development of young people so the partnership fits.

“We feel it’s important to get behind the local football club as well. I’m a big football fan and it does make me proud to see the Servest name around Portman Road.

“We are looking forward to what is already a good relationship getting even stronger as we move forward.”
