Changes for ticket purchases with fans encouraged to use online option
Town have unveiled the matchday ticket prices for next season, with supporters able to purchase a ticket for the Millwall game at £21.
The south Londoners, who have former Blues’ wideman Lee Martin in their ranks, are the first visitors to Portman Road for 2013/14, on August 10.

There are a number of changes to Town’s ticket service for the new campaign with the club’s former Ticket Office in Constantine Road now closed.
Supporters are encouraged to use the Club’s online ticket service, www.itfcdirect.com
, and print their tickets at home, or to buy in person from Planet Blue to avoid any unnecessary queues on matchdays.
Match information, sales dates and priorities along with match ticket pricing can all be found on the ticket page of the Club website.
Those supporters looking to buy a match ticket on the day can do so via the Planet Blue store between 10am and 1.30pm (for 3pm kick-off) and 10am and 6.15pm (for 7.45pm kick-off) with payment by cash or card.
From 1.30pm onwards (3pm kick-off) and 6.15pm onwards (7.45pm kick-off) on matchday, tickets can only be purchased on the turnstiles and this will be by cash only. The club are looking to have an ATM machine installed in Planet Blue in time for the Millwall game.
Fans who purchase match tickets on the day of the game will pay up to an additional £2.50 per ticket.
Supporters purchasing tickets online must order at the latest 48 hours before kick-off to receive their tickets in the post. Those purchasing online after the 48 hour deadline will need to use the print at home option or purchase in person at the Planet Blue store. There will be no collections available for pre-purchased tickets at the stadium on the matchday itself, again reducing the need for further unnecessary queuing.
A ticket enquiries office will be open in Portman Road between 1.00pm and kick-off on matchday (3pm kick-off) and 5.30pm and kick-off (7.45pm). This will be for enquiries only, servicing fans’ needs to upgrade or reprint lost tickets. NO TICKETS will be sold from this office.
The ticket office enquiry telephone line will be open from 9.00am until 12.00 midday, on weekend matchdays, and 9.00am until 4.30pm on midweek matchdays.
