Wales 'keeper Brown joins Town until end of the season

Jason Brown has signed a short term contract until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old Wales international ‘keeper has trained with Blues this week and signed on the dotted line at Portman Road this morning.

Jason came through the youth ranks at Charlton but made his first-team breakthrough at Gillingham, where he clocked up more than 100 League appearances.

He then joined Premier League Blackburn in 2006 and appeared for them in the top flight, having spells on loan at Leeds, Leyton Orient and Cardiff in his time at Ewood Park.

Jason joined Aberdeen in 2011 and spent 18 months at the Scottish Premier League club before becoming a free agent in January.

Capped three times by Wales at senior level, he has been handed the No.13 shirt at Town.
