Northern Ireland international to team up with Nigel Worthington's York for a month

The Club can announce that Josh Carson has joined League Two side York City on a month’s loan.

The winger will link up with the Minstermen, now managed by former Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington, today and could be set to make his debut against Port Vale this weekend.

Josh penned a new two-year contract with the option of a further 12 months at Town last season and did start the campaign as a regular in the side, although the Northern Ireland international has struggled to break into the first-term since Mick McCarthy arrived at the Club.

This opportunity allows Josh to take in some regular football at the League Two side.
