Exclusive interviews with Mings, Supps, Hunty and much more in Saturday's programme plus free Ando poster

Saturday’s matchday programme charts Tyrone Mings’ rise from shop corner reject to the Town first-team with a spell as a Twitter sensation in-between.

Speaking in an exclusive and revealing interview, the Blues’ defender explained: “I was enjoying my job as a mortgage advisor, but obviously I always had my heart set on being a pro footballer.

“I can’t really remember how I got into mortgage advising. I applied for plenty of jobs including one in my local ‘One-Stop’ corner shop but unfortunately I was turned down for that because they said I didn’t have enough experience!

“I had a trial game with Ipswich. Around the 60 minute mark I went in for a tackle and injured my knee. I was substituted. It was clear to see that I was disappointed and frustrated because I thought that was my chance gone.”

The programme also speaks to Shane Supple about his decision to quit Town and football at the age of just 22, Stephen Hunt explains why Blues’ winner at Blackpool meant so much to him personally and outlines his hopes of prolonging his stay at Portman Road.

There’s also interviews with Daryl Murphy, Luke Chambers and Jack Doherty; Frank Nouble and David McGoldrick go head to head in the Brain of the Blues challenge while Mick McCarthy and Matt Holland continue their regular columns for the programme.
